  • 60–90 min intake & consultation — deep-dive onboarding to understand your goals and build your personalized plan
  • Tailored recommendations — specific guidance based on your health goals, diet, and lifestyle habits
  • One-time payment, no monthly commitment

This is a standalone service. No follow-up consultations or check-ins are included.

The Self Accountability Program

Self-Directed Coaching Best for independent clients who prefer a structured plan with minimal hand-holding.

Receive expert recommendations tailored to your health goals, diet, and lifestyle — then execute on your own terms. Check-ins and monthly consultations keep you on track without micromanagement.

Includes:

  • Initial intake consultation (new clients only) — 60–90 min onboarding to build your personalized plan
  • Monthly 30–45 min follow-up consultation — review progress and adjust recommendations
  • 1–2 text/email check-ins per monthasynchronous support between sessions

Returning clients skip the intake and jump straight into ongoing support.

The Full Accountability Program

Hands-On Coaching Best for clients who stay consistent with frequent accountability and ongoing guidance.

Get a personalized plan plus the regular check-ins and support needed to stay on track and make real progress. Ideal for those who do their best work with a coach in their corner.

Includes:

  • Initial intake consultation (new clients only) — 60–90 min onboarding to build your personalized plan
  • 2–4 follow-up consultations per month — 30–45 min sessions to review progress and refine your approach
  • 3–4 text/email check-ins per week — frequent touchpoints to keep momentum between sessions

Returning clients skip the intake and jump straight into ongoing support.

Food Journal Analysis

Tracking what you eat, actually writing it down can be so insightful when it comes to building lasting habits. Our consultants and coaches will assess your 7-day food journal and help you identify patterns so that you can make the healthiest choices for you. 

Recipe Modification

Love to cook? We can help modify your favorite recipes to make them healthier without sacrificing flavor. Bland food is okay once in a while when life gets busy, but who wants to experience that daily? We’ll guide through ingredient swaps so you can still be healthy and enjoy yummy food!

Education

Understanding the “why” behind your nutrition plan is crucial. We provide you with the knowledge and resources to make informed choices about your diet, empowering you to take control of your health. We also help you create a strategy so that you can have the confidence to apply your new found knowledge as soon as posisble.
