Is this for you?

You might be exactly who this was built for.

This program was designed with a very specific person in mind. If you recognize yourself below, keep reading.

Your decision to conceive naturally is not up for debate. Whether it's guided by faith, a personal conviction, or a medical history that makes ART unsuitable — you are on a natural path and you want to give your body every possible advantage.
You're tired of advice so vague it's basically useless. "Eat healthy, reduce stress, take a prenatal." You want to know why your body is doing what it's doing — and exactly what to do about it.
You have a diagnosis — or you suspect something is off. PCOS, endometriosis, thyroid dysfunction, irregular cycles, unexplained infertility. You want a targeted, root-cause nutritional strategy, not a generic plan.
Your husband needs to be in this too — and you know it. Sperm takes 90 days to develop. What he eats today shapes conception three months from now. You want a protocol built for both of you, not just you.
You've been trying for a while and want to go deeper. You've done the basic things. You want someone to look at the full picture — labs, nutrition, lifestyle, cycle data — and actually help you understand what might be missing.
You want to go in prepared, not reactive. You're newly married or just entering this season, and you want to build the strongest possible foundation before you even start trying.

From Danielle

I built this protocol because I'm living it.

Can I be honest with you for a second?

My husband and I are on this journey too. We haven't conceived yet — and I say that not to make you uncomfortable, but because I think you deserve to know that the person walking you through this isn't speaking from a comfortable distance. She's in it with you.

Our decision to pursue natural conception is rooted in faith. It's a deeply held conviction that guides everything we do — including this work. We believe that the body, when given what it genuinely needs, has a remarkable capacity to find its way. And we are choosing to trust that, one day at a time, all in God's time.

"I didn't build this protocol from a textbook. I built it from a place of deep personal investment — and over a decade of clinical experience watching nutrition change the hormonal picture for clients with some of the most complex health challenges I've seen."

What I can tell you is this: both my health and my husband's health are measurably improving. My cycles are more regular. His energy is better. We have more hope today than we did six months ago — and that hope is grounded in data, not just wishful thinking.

I've spent over a decade helping people find root-cause answers to conditions their doctors had given up on. I watched a client avoid going back on her rheumatoid arthritis medication through nutrition alone. I've helped people rebuild their energy, balance their hormones, and reclaim their health after years of being told their labs were "normal."

Fertility is the most personal version of that same work. And I built the Natural Fertility Prep Protocol to give you what I've given every one of those clients: a thorough, honest, science-grounded approach — and a practitioner who actually cares what happens to you.

Why 90 days?

There's a reason this program isn't a month-to-month subscription.

Eggs take approximately 90 days to fully mature before they're released at ovulation. The nutritional environment those developing eggs live in during those three months directly influences egg quality.

Sperm follows the exact same logic. Your husband's sperm take 72–90 days to develop. What he eats, drinks, and is exposed to today shapes the sperm that will be present at conception.

This isn't a number I chose arbitrarily. It's biology. And it's why 90 days of consistent nutritional work can genuinely transform the picture — for both of you.

A note on faith & natural family planning

This protocol was written with faith-guided families in mind. Every recommendation is fully compatible with natural family planning — including the Creighton Model, Billings Ovulation Method, Sympto-Thermal Method, and NaPro Technology.

Nothing in this program conflicts with the convictions that brought you to a natural path. That was intentional from the very first page.

The program

What the Natural Fertility Prep Protocol actually is.

The NFPP is a comprehensive, 90-day root-cause nutrition and lifestyle program. It's organized into three phases — each with a specific focus — and it covers everything from what to eat and why, to how to read your cycle, to what labs are worth running and how to understand the results.

01
Months 1–3
Reset & Nourish

Remove the most common dietary disruptors. Restore foundational nutrients. Build the anti-inflammatory base that everything else grows from.

This is where most people start feeling measurably different — better sleep, more energy, less PMS — within the first four to six weeks.

02
Months 4–6
Optimize & Track

Introduce cycle-synced eating. Interpret lab results. Refine your supplement protocol. Learn to read your body's signals.

Cycles that were irregular often become more consistent. The fertile window becomes identifiable and predictable.

03
Months 7–9
Sustain & Conceive

Maintain everything built in Phases 1 & 2. Focus specifically on the luteal phase, the two-week wait, and early implantation support.

The final 30 days of the spermatogenesis cycle. The nutritional environment is as prepared as it can be.

A different way to look at the investment

The most common alternative costs $15,000–$30,000 per attempt.

$15K–30K Average cost of one IVF cycle — with no guarantee
40–50% Of fertility challenges involve a male factor — often nutritionally addressable

I'm not anti-medicine. I'm not telling you IVF is the wrong choice for everyone. What I am saying is that for couples committed to natural conception, the question isn't whether to invest in preparation — it's whether you've given your body a genuine, root-cause nutritional foundation first.

Most people haven't. Not because they don't care, but because no one ever told them what that actually looks like.

That's what this program does. It addresses the nutritional contributors to fertility challenges that standard workups don't look for — suboptimal vitamin D, low ferritin, subclinical thyroid dysfunction, insulin resistance, poor egg quality, sperm DNA fragmentation — because finding those gaps first is both the most ethical and most effective place to start.

What clients say

The methodology works.
Across conditions. Across people.

These clients came for different reasons. What they found was the same: a practitioner who digs deeper, listens carefully, and builds a plan around their body — not a protocol.

I thought I was already eating a healthy diet, but through our one-on-one sessions, I learned that with a few modifications I now have more energy and feel better overall. In addition to all of this, Danielle helped me stay off my medication for Rheumatoid Arthritis.

Mary Collins
Autoimmune / Rheumatoid Arthritis

You've helped me so much. You helped me to understand what types of foods are rich in certain vitamins, minerals, and even what contributes to our hormones. It's not just about eating healthy, but eating organic and non-GMO.

Rachel Pearson
Hormonal health & nutrition education

Danielle helped me to get my energy back. By giving me lifestyle strategies to help reset my circadian rhythm, I wake up with actual energy, have sustained energy throughout the day, and eliminated my 'wired but tired' experiences. Because of this, my husband and I have more confidence in trying to conceive.

Becky Rose

These clients came to Danielle for root-cause nutrition support — not always for fertility. Their results reflect the same methodology at the heart of the Natural Fertility Prep Protocol: find the why, address it, and let the body respond.

Founding client offer

This program is launching.
And you can get in first.

The Natural Fertility Prep Protocol is a new program from Intuitive Health — and I'm opening it to a small group of founding clients at a significantly reduced rate.

Here's the honest reason: I'm building my fertility practice intentionally, and the first clients who come through this program become part of something meaningful. In exchange for the founding rate, I ask for one thing: your willingness to track your outcomes and share your experience (always anonymized, always with your permission) so I can continue to improve the program and help more families.

That's it. No catch. No pressure. Just an invitation to be part of something that's being built with real care — for people who deserve it.

Only 3–5 founding spots are available. When they're filled, the program returns to full price.

"I have been working with Danielle for about a year. She presented a workshop for 8 of my friends, guided me through customized goals, and helped me stay off my RA medication."

Questions

Things people usually want to know.

Is this compatible with working with my OB/GYN or NaPro practitioner?

Completely. This program is designed to complement your existing medical care, not replace it. Many clients work alongside a NaPro-trained physician, midwife, or OB/GYN while following this protocol. The nutritional and lifestyle work here supports whatever clinical relationship you already have. If anything, it often gives your provider more useful data to work with.

What if I've already been trying to conceive for a while and have a diagnosis?

This program was built with you specifically in mind. The NFPP includes dedicated chapters for PCOS, endometriosis, thyroid dysfunction, autoimmune conditions, and unexplained infertility — because the root-cause nutritional approach looks different depending on what's driving your specific picture. We start with your full health history and build from there, not from a generic template.

Does my husband actually need to be involved?

In approximately 40–50% of couples experiencing difficulty conceiving, a male factor is contributing. Sperm takes 72–90 days to develop — meaning what your husband does today shapes the sperm that will be present at conception. His participation isn't optional in terms of biology. That said, the program is built to meet you where you are. If he's hesitant at first, that's okay. Many partners come on board once they see how different you feel after the first few weeks.

Do I need to order labs before we start?

No. We begin the program and I'll walk you through exactly what to request, when to request it, and how to talk to your doctor about getting the right tests. Chapter 9 of the NFPP guide is dedicated entirely to functional lab testing — what to ask for, what optimal ranges actually look like for fertility, and what to do with the results when they come back.

What does "root-cause" actually mean in practice?

It means we don't manage symptoms — we find out why they're happening. A long, painful period isn't just an inconvenience; it's your body communicating something specific about prostaglandins, inflammation, or omega-3 status. Irregular cycles aren't just a calendar problem; they're often downstream of insulin resistance, thyroid dysfunction, or chronic under-eating. Root-cause nutrition follows those signals upstream and addresses them at the source.

You mentioned you're on this journey yourself. Is that something that will be part of our work together?

My personal journey is part of why I built this program, and it informs the depth of care I bring to every session. But our work together is always about you — your health history, your labs, your cycle, your goals. My story is context for why I care so deeply about this. What happens in our sessions is entirely focused on you.

What if I don't conceive in 90 days?

The 90-day protocol is a foundation, not a deadline. Some couples conceive during Phase 1. Others complete all three phases. The goal is genuine preparation — a body that is truly ready — not speed. Chapter 8 of the guide includes honest guidance on what to assess and what to do next if you reach the end of Phase 3 without conception. You will never leave this program without a clear path forward.

You've read this far for a reason.

Your body is not broken.
It's asking for something.

Let's find out what that is — together. Book a complimentary consultation and we'll have a real conversation about where you are, what might be contributing, and whether this program is the right fit for you.

No pressure. No pitch. Just honesty — and genuine care for where you're headed.
