Intuitive Health Holistic Nutrition is rooted in helping clients harness the power of their intuition to benefit their health: from eating habits and meal planning to reshaping their bodies inside and out. Our founder, Danielle Puno, coaches clients to understand the ability to heal and help your body is in your hands.
The healthcare industry has been taken over by synthetic solutions that are expensive and can be costly to your personal health. Popular diets have people launching into meal plans that might not be a good fit for their personal health needs which could work against desired results.
Intuitive Health Holistic Nutrition offers an alternative: One-to-one nutrition and holistic health coaching that is tailored to YOU. Each person is uniquely created and with that comes unique nutrition and health needs. Intuitive Holistic Health Nutrition understands this and creates an individualized holistic health plan for each and every client based on their health concerns and needs.
Through coaching and nutritional education, you will learn to listen to your body and discover what it needs for nourishment and healing as well as what it needs to achieve your optimal health.
Danielle Puno is a Certified Nutrition Consultant who is passionate about helping clients discover there is strength in being intuitive about your health and responding to what your body is telling you. Through personal experience and specialized training, Danielle understands the importance of a customized approach to your health which achieves your holistic lifestyle goals, helps you stay accountable and provides you with resources like menu plans and nutritional guides in order to create a sustainable, healthy lifestyle.
“I have been working with Danielle at Intuitive Health Holistic Nutrition for about a year. Danielle presented a workshop for 8 of my friends educating us on healthy ingredients to incorporate in menu planning and how to read packaging and nutrition labels, which can be very misleading and confusing. Danielle guided me through setting customized goals for leading a more intentional and healthier lifestyle. After implementing this plan, my exercise routine is more varied and consistent. I thought I was already eating a healthy diet, but through our one-on-one sessions, I learned that with a few modifications, I now have more energy and feel better overall!
In addition to all of this, I've appreciated her thorough analysis of my blood tests and that she helped me stay off my medication for Rheumatoid Arthritis ”
“You’ve helped me so freaking much. Helped me to understand what types of foods are rich in certain vitamins, minerals, and even hormones. Things I should eat together, it’s not just about
eating healthy but eating organic and non-GMO. For instance, I didn’t know how certain animals were treated. I just assumed all eggs and beef were created equally.”
Listening to music while cooking (or any other time) can calm the central nervous system, allowing you to relax and be present in whatever activity you are participating in.
Hiking is a great way to incorporate movement into your lifestyle. Exercising the body allows the muscular and skeletal systems to work together, moving effortlessly, lubricating the joints, and allowing the muscle tissues to create anti-inflammatory, disease-preventing proteins.
Moving the body throughout the day also promotes an appetite for healthy eating. The more regularly we exercise, the more likely we will crave whole foods, which give us sustainable energy.
Being in nature can help stimulate your five senses, promote your sensibility, and relax your body, optimizing your immune system, improving memory retention, fostering creativity, and encouraging overall well-being.

Getting sunlight throughout the day, especially early morning, helps regulate your body’s circadian rhythm. It can also help produce serotonin (the “wake” hormone) and melatonin (the “sleep” hormone). These hormones help regulate each other, aiding in restful sleep and feeling refreshed upon waking.
Have you heard the saying, “Bring Out Your Inner Child?”
Making time to participate in fun activities incites elements of curiosity and surprise - much like the corn maze above showed me. Having fun alleviates stress, boosts creativity, and expands your mental, emotional, and physical capacities.
Laughing alleviates the effects of stress. Laughing often can help protect against the damaging effects that chronic stress frequently brings about. Listening to comedy while doing chores and exchanging silly jokes with your kids are two ways to fill any place with laughter.
